Known as the “Portuguese Venice”, Aveiro has an unique atmosphere given by its typical boats (Moliceiros).
Visit Aveiro and discover a different landscape dominated by water and some buildings in the Art Nouveau style that are well worth seeing.
On this tour we will visit Costa Nova! Here you will be able to see the typical houses with vertical stripes painted in a variety of colours. These houses were used by the fishermen in old times for salting sardines or as a storage place for their fishing materials, though today this memory remains as seaside residences!
We will end the visit with a tasting of the “soft eggs”, “ovos moles”, the most typical sweets from Aveiro.
